The decor colors were awful. Not even cheerful. The water for shower was extremely hot and no water pressure at all and the toilet was not for adults. We asked for more towels and they were not delivered. I was really disappointed in this Holiday Inn.

The bedding was extremely dirty. The elevator broke down twice one my night stay. Bathroom walls were peeling. The tub was painted over and looked disgusting. Will never recommend anyone to stay here.

It's a bad place to stay
I purposely book with breakfast included but it's not. it's $15 surcharge for breakfast. The room is old and smelly. AC is too loud, hallway carpet is dirty.

Graduation 🎓
It was a great stay and convenient for us to stay near the UTD for a high school graduation and prom. The only issue we had was the hotel hosting a huge gathering in the convention center/lobby areas and no parking for guest.
