Room was large and very clean. The employees were nice, friendly and helpful. The location was near where I was having an event but one thing I can say is know where you’re going because the GPS on cell and car will drive you crazy. Oh one last thing. Room 315 might need a new ac unit. It’s making noice like there was a helicopter outside when it came on

The room was clean. However, there was no cup for the coffee machine. The toilet was loose on the floor and wobbled loudly. There was no TV channel guide. These are minor, but slightly annoying. The most important thing to me is a clean room and comfortable bed and both of those were5 star.

The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable of the Garland and Dallas area. We felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel and the local area. It is nicely appointed and conveniently located. Easily walking distance to IHop, Brums, Chili's, Golden Corral, Aldi and Walmart. We definitely recommend this location. Also, very family friendly.
