When we arrived at our room it was 2 am and we realized the tv was not working we made several attempts to contact the front desk and never received an answer and we unable to receive any assistance with the issue.
It’s took almost 30 mins for us to get our car from Valet even when given the ten min notice the windows for outside viewing in our room were filthy and some of the blinds were not operating so we could not block out the morning sun. The room was nice but the heating and air did not function properly also the hotel was nice in general but there were a lot of inconveniences
