Enjoy time together with friends and family in our spacious living room with comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy a movie night on the 75inch TV. Fast free internet though out the house.

Coffee and tea connoisseurs will love our coffee bar and sitting area. Arlington Hero House is stocked with a variety of Keurig coffee pods, traditional drip coffee, flavored syrups, milk frother, creamer, hot cocoa and teas.

Get your competitive game on in our large game room with seating for everyone. Play shuffleboard, board games, video games or catch a movie on the 65-inch game room TV. Become the star of your group with your singing skills on the karaoke machine.

You will get a good night’s sleep on our comfortable mattresses and luxury super soft linens. If you are a night owl or want to get away, all bedrooms have smart TVs with free local channels, free digital channels, or you can stream your favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, and Prime using your own account.

You’ll enjoy our private backyard resort. Whether you are relaxing by the warm fire, enjoying a great meal at the outdoor dining area, relaxing on the comfy lounge furniture, playing mini golf, or lounging in the pool or heated spa, our backyard has something for everyone. After the game or a day of being on the go, you will definitely want to relax in our large heated spa. Pool towels are provided for you.

*Parking*
We have you covered with parking for up to nine (9) vehicles. We offer an oversized 3-car private garage that will accommodate up to three full size trucks or suburban type vehicles. Our driveway is large enough for six vehicles when properly spaced.

If the need arises, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are clean and ready for your use.

We are fanatics about cleaning! We are owner/operators and personally inspect our home before you arrive and make sure everything is up to our high standards.

We are available 24/7 should you need assistance. We really enjoy hosting and it shows in our commitment to great hospitality.

PARKING IS LIMITED TO NINE VEHICLES MAX WHEN USING THE GARAGE. Street parking is not allowed on our busy street.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THIS HOUSE IS TWELVE (12) GUESTS/VISITORS AT ALL TIMES. Therefore, we will not be able to accommodate requests for any guests, visitors, parties, reunions or other type of group setting requiring more than twelve people. (By City Ordinance)

Check-in: 3:00 PM; Checkout: By 10:00 AM -- We typically cannot accommodate early check in or late departures due to time constraints involved in cleaning this large house for our next guests.

The spa can be heated up to 3 hours per day at no additional cost.

If you want the pool heated for your stay, contact us a at least 48 hours before check in for us to start the process. November-February $300 per stay plus $150 per day. March-October $150 per stay plus $150per day. Typically, the pool will be up to temperature by the time you check in.

Because our calendar is blocked immediately upon booking for your arrival (sometimes months in advance), we will adhere to our firm cancellation policy. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen need to cancel their stay with us.
