Welcome to your ultimate luxury escape! Our gorgeous Texan home is equipped with every possible amenity you could ever desire, including an amazing pool! You are cordially invited to bask in the sun, dip in the pool, or make magic in the kitchen. Whatever your heart desires, we’ve got you (and each and every one of your guests) covered.
A hop, skip, and a jump from everything exciting and vibrant Dallas has to offer! Our home will make your stay in Texas absolutely wonderful.
The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Top to bottom we will deck you out with all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible: A free- form POOL, High-speed WiFi, 55" smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, terrific dining area, and drool-worthy finishing’s. We can literally accommodate all your friends, family members, and colleagues under one ridiculously perfect roof. The meticulously designed interior and the beautiful grand back yard is ideal for gatherings and socializing, big or small.
You will definitely want to pamper your hungry traveling companions and guests in state of art kitchen, or even throw some burgers on your very own pool-side bbq. Our back yard is absolutely PERFECT- entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool (hot tub is not active at the moment), lounge set, sitting/dining area, and reclining chairs. We’ll make sure you are happy and breezy on even the hottest Texan days!
Even our parking situation is ideal: our garage can fit TWO cars, the private back driveway has room for Two more cars and street parking in front of the house is always FREE!
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Bedroom Layout:
The master bedroom has one king bed | The second bedroom has one Queen bed, and one Twin over Twin bunkbed! | The third bedroom has one Queen bed | The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed as well | The fifth bedroom has TWO Twin over Twin bunkbeds! (Please note this room will only be available for groups of 12+ people).
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful house, back yard, and amenities this property has to offer.
Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in North Dallas, your immediate neighborhood has everything you need to have a laid back experience. You are just a few minutes away from great restaurants, dry cleaning, movie theaters, and Dallas’s popular Willow-bend mall.
All necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day activities. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun.
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.
Other Things to Note:
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★
We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.
★ SPA NOTE ★
Please note that our spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional heat in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)
★ TOWELS NOTE ★
Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.
★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★
The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 051538 issued by the City of Richardson.
★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
