"The flat offers basic necessities. The apartment complex overall is home to culturally diverse families, many with young children. Unfortunately the grounds overall are not well kept. Like many urban locations, there is some litter on the complex's grounds. The flat was quiet, easy to access and comfortable overall. Kitchen knives need sharpening and selected pots need replacement. Instructions for a complicated and sub optimal TV needed. Owners are responsive."
