"Staying at this hotel was a real feast for the senses. Beautiful view from the window, soft bathrobes, delicious food and extremely friendly service made me feel like I was in paradise. This place definitely deserves to be called an exclusive"

"The location of this hotel is excellent, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from for a great night's sleep. The room and bathroom are fully equipped, with strong water pressure and hot water for a relaxing shower. The breakfast menu is delicious, and you can order whatever you like. Plus, you can enjoy the sauna for free during your stay. Definitely worth booking!"

"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"The customer service here is top notch. Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room with a balcony facing the water. They even made sure to pack my partner and I two grab & go meals to take with us on the plane as we were checking out early before breakfast. They also coordinated a taxi for us to the airport. "Allways like coming to Rixos Dubrovnik (usually once a year for last 5-6 years). Like Turkish hospitability as further you go East more hospitable cultures... While subjectively I love the place and it is still my favorite Spa in Dalmacia, objectively there are some things that bit degraded with time. Food, I guess the global situation with the cost of food reflects on current offer, the variability of current offer is much less compared with previous years. There were 3 instances of false fire...

"I would stay again at this place in a heartbeat as a matter of fact I did. Inside the rooms somethings are a little bit worn but that’s ok s it has the best hotel shower I have ever had. When you arrive at the front of the Hotel go to the door on the left side street, go to the Elevator and press 3, that is the floor the hotel and reception is on. "

Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...

"A wonderful hotel in a breathtaking location. We chose a sea view and wow, what a view - breathtaking. All staff were friendly and helpful, we chose underground parking for 10 euro/night, but there was on street parking available. Our suite was lovely, spacious snd spotless with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We had a living room and a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. "The entire staff i dealt with made the stay the best ive ever had in a hotel.They made you feel welcome not just a number on the list. Restaurant was a 5 *Michelin as far as quality of food don't know if they have that title or not but they definitely should have if not. Would definitely stay agin if ever in the area again."
