"Well located right next to Munich East, making it a good base to explore the city using public transportation. Also right next to many restaurants and bars. Room spacious, clean, and equipped with a kettle. The hotel seems to be near an event venue, it occasionally got loud outside but walls are well soundproofed and I never heard anything from adjacent or above rooms."

"Nice hotel about 1 mile outside of the city center. Tram 21 conveniently located about a 4 minute walk away which gets you into the city in about 15 minutes. This also means you can easily take the S-bahn thereafter to and from München airport. The hotel is clean and modern and quite comfortable. Staff was always quite friendly and helpful. It was our second stay in a two week period, and we’ll definitely stay again when we visit München again in the near future. "

"You must request a room with air conditioning or you are not getting air conditioning. However, they did supply a fan when I asked. On a side note I booked using a European calendar and I messed up the days and they would not work with me to change them. And I ended up paying for 2 days and only staying one. Absolutely no attempt to even help. And I reached out 2 nights before I was supposed to arrive. Make sure of your dates. "

We had use of the Executive Lounge and was surprised that we had booked for only Bed & Breakfast, only to find Evening Meal was also included. Breakfast had a good selection, but the Evening Meal not so much but was very nice and considered free to us as we had not booked or paid for it. "We stayed here for my birthday in a suite and requested the cable car room. Staff responded quickly to my queries. I was able to leave my bag after arriving in Munich at 11am although check in was not till 3pm. Little bar in hotel and breakfast was very good. Room was lovely with comfy bed and lovely theming. The only let down was checkout where the staff didn't ask if our stay was ok and seemed a little stand offish although we'd been polite and tried our best to speak in German with them."
