"Great area, great place, but the staff were quite unpleasant. The “ketchup lady”..and I won’t name the type of service area this person would be in, just to not name names, but I told her she forgot the ketchup, and she got very defensive, and she told me that she never makes that kind of mistake. I had just woken up in this beautiful room with a beautiful view of the ocean with my beautiful wife, and going downstairs to pick up my breakfast and I went back up to my room, the ketchup was forgotten, so I went back down to ask for some, and the “ketchup lady” glared at me and just opened her mouth and stared at me for at least 5 seconds, she said she is certain she put it in, and kept saying how she never makes those kinds of mistakes, I then said I don’t mean to be a bother, I said that to just be nice, because I just wanted my ketchup, she just made me feel so uneasy. Also the eggs were not fully cooked on my eggs benedict, pancakes were very dry. The front staff, I asked about the money I had used so far for room service and other expenses, and how it worked with my $79 extra deposit I had to do before entering our room, and the lady explained it to me but I asked again to be certain and she said “Again…” and she got flustered at me thinking I’m a little slow brained for still not being certain of her answer the first time. The only 2 staff individuals that me and my wife appreciated were the valet guys, they were kind, quick, and made us feel like real guests. "
