Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this BW. The staff was helpful, despite the issues with my declined Debit card that were immediately solved. Room was okay. AC and the fridge might be a little noisy for someone who has issues with sleeping.

We got a room that was already occupied. We all make mistakes, but that’s a pretty big one and I feel like the staff should have displayed a little more regret.

Front desk guy seemed to really not like his job. Room was also not cleaned well (used soap in the shower and some pizza sauce stains on the lampshade). I’m giving the property 4 stars because I have stayed here before with a much better experience. Hopefully this visit was just a blip. Overall, I felt there this was a decent value.

Needs to improve breakfast, same things everyday.. yuck.. eggs were not fabulous last sunday, Canada ham very flimsy, too much salty, needs variety of creamers, coffee was very watery, no flavors in coffee, no oranage juice!! Shame on your management. Other than that it was good stay!
