"Nice place especially for Hampton Beach. Only issues were we booked a queen bed and ended up with a full size and that annoyed us. Also there isn’t any real windows it’s old crank louver windows and it was freezing in the room at night and there’s nothing you can do about it but close curtains and deal with the never ending sea breeze blowing through the windows. Also the shower and Toilet never stopped running. Come to think of it the place was sort of a nightmare but pretty clean "

Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located with a Starbucks just across the street from the hotel. Essex’s street is just a 2 minute walk. I had a wonderful view of Old Town Hall. The room was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back! "

I loved that it had a full fridge, a stove with an oven, a keurig and a toaster, and no carpet on the floors! Not one allergy all weekend ! You didn't have to eat out if you didn't want to.
