"The staff there was so lovely and knew how to speak English well. A male worker (sorry I don't know his name) helped me weigh my luggage because I was not strong enough to lift it, which I appreciated a lot! "The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil...

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. Please keep in mind that you will need an adaptor for the outlets. There is also only one key card given for the hotel, but you can place a random card in the slot to keep the power running while you are out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is even a restaurant on the main lobby of the hotel. Taxis are able to pick you up in the front entrance, and a subway station is less than a five minute walk away. I would stay here again!"
