"The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. "

"I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay at that hotel. First of all, the hotel doorman, a young man, displayed a very poor attitude and was not friendly at all, which created a negative first impression. Additionally, the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible dust that had fallen from the ceiling onto the beds, which is unacceptable. There was also no trash can in the room; the only one available was located in the bathroom. Furthermore, we requested that the room be cleaned during the day. However, when we returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned, and we were forced to complain at the front desk. When we had breakfast, there was a puddle of water in the dining area. We did not see anyone cleaning it, and there were no warning signs. Anyone could have slipped and fallen. We are very disappointed with that hotel "
