"This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. "

We had the best stay, we can't wait to come back. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are steep and could be challenging for arthritic knees. "We enjoyed our stay in the cottage although this was mainly due to the friendship of the four women. The views are breathtaking in the midst of nature’s beauty. There should be better signage on the road leading to the cottage. We arrived late afternoon, GPS on but service is not the best. We drove way past the small number sign. Four women alone on a wilderness road, no phone signal, no GPS and no SOS…..scary to say the least. Upon entry to the cottage, we were hit with cold dampness. Heat...
