The hotel stay was really nice but the dinning options and room service was disappointing other than that we had a great time. My daughter loved the pool, which was the main reason we booked this hotel.

A lovely relaxed evening of self-care for NYE! The room was spacious and clean, was able to watch and listen to music. The bed was soft and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very worn. The walls were chipped and stained. The ceiling was damaged with some signs of damp or glue The carpet had stains. The bathroom was superbly clean. The bed sheet came off far too easily so wasn't made properly. The staff were superb and friendly.

Hot water supply is very essential for one of the hotel service. We are so disappointed to have the shortage of hot water in the morning on 28th/Sept as 4 of our family members can only take the freezing cold shower before check out.

The stay was ruined by the fact we couldn’t shower or wash on the Sunday morning, we were going straight to visit family from the hotel, my daughter was a quarter of her way through her shower and could barely rinse the shampoo from her hair as the water was running out let alone actually wash and there was just air coming out of pipes by the time I tried.
