No hot water over my 2 day stay. The phone in my room had the plug cut..no service. Heat is either on or off. The beds have shredded bed bug bags hanging as well as the box spring dust cover. I comforters are so old that the don't fit pillow top matresses..showing the shredded plastic and dust cover. I took my own blanket and pillow. Thank heavens.

The staff was awesome!! If it wasn’t for then it would be a lower rating. There was some burn marks and stains on the sheets and the bathroom and tub look like soemthing out of a movie with rust stains to boot. Kind of like a poor hotel barely hanging on. But the staff was great and it was warm and looked clean.

The staff seemed nice only 1 pillow each in queen bed n woke with a sore neck. Biggest issue for us is paying a deposit n you enter the room to a desk that’s pitted n not fit for motel setting n before you get your deposit back they take a picture of the room. Furniture looked like it came out if a thrift store n then to charge two seniors 149.50 plus 100$ deposit. I was worried I’d gave to get my deposit back. I ve never booked a queen bed n given 1 pillow each n thin cheap pillows

Room really needs attention, bathroom not acceptable, the rooms really need to be cleaned, baseboards and trim need to be washed and painted. Curtain rod moldy. Such a shame as the location to Dartmouth Crossing is wonderful, just minutes away. May be a little harsh but just being truthful.

Property was clean and the staff was efficient and helpful. It was the lumpiest bed I've ever slept on. The single sheet was very thin and the blanket was both light and had holes in it. In room heating was good but difficult to regulate. House keeping changed towels and sheets after the first night of my 5 day stay and then didn't come again.

Hope Expedia removes this from their listing. If this had been my first expedia booking...it would have been my last. 1 star wiuld be too much. Sooo much " not good". Would never recommend to anyone. Dirty, mold..tiny coffee machine...no creamer ir sugar. Scanned my ID...which borders on privacy rights. Beds stained and bits falling off box spring. Pictures on site totally not what you get.
