"Negatives: Upon checkin- i was not advised of where the gym was or other facilities. No notice of what time pool opens or closes. No map of surrounding area. No information. Just directions to my room. Not sure if it was because it was late at night?? I found the desk in my room to have stains, and hair was found in the bathroom. the vents in the bathroom were disgusting. The doona was stained yellow-although it was covered with a top and bottom sheet- i was hot and wanted to sleep with only...

"Our family enjoys staying here. It is convenient to the Entertainment Centre which is where my daughter performs every year in her dance concert. The staff are always friendly and too happy to help. Rooms are lovely and plenty for what we need. This stay we got upgraded to a one bedroom king suite which was absolutely swank! We loved it! "

"Had a very enjoyable stay whilst travelling for work. The location was great, just over the road from amazing views of the sea. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. The pool was a lovely and the rooms were super spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Darwin!"

"Restaurant was closed ( no explanation) Pool bar was closed ( no explanation) Apparently management has changed and rooms are no longer serviced daily ( was not informed on check in) If you are a gold member make sure to ask for your wine as it’s the only way you will get it."
