"Will be 5 star, when it's refurbished! Currently very tired but about to be renovated. Beds (mostly) comfortable, fans in all rooms, a/c good but no hot water in the kitchen! Local managers, Basanti and Lochan, always available, helpful and delightful. Excellent location right by fabulous beach with a choice of shacks with sunbeds. Overall a lovely holiday."

There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. "It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including the Royal Afgan grill and the Kebab section. Soma in the spa was equally skinned and welcoming when it came to Ayurvedic massage. We would strongly recommend staying at ITC grand Goa. "
