"Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away. "

"Toilet was smell very bad constantly and when the ventilation works in there the smell was more sharp. Toilet and bathroom need to be remodeling immediately because of they are very old so they are unhygienic!"
