Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. They charged $3/night for parking which wasn’t noted in the reservation. Seriously?? Not that it was a lot of money, but it seemed a bit cheap.

The staff was great. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. That said, our room was mediocre in terms of cleanliness. It wasn't awful but not great. The sheets were dingy. The bathroom only had one bar of soap. There was pubic hair on the bathroom wall. My biggest complaint is the noise. I slept terrible. All night I heard doors slamming, people shouting, people talking loudly, door locks clicking, which sounded like our door opening, and a dog barking. In addition, I am finding all kinds of small charges for $3 and $20 on my bank statement from this hotel.

The air conditioner/heater wasn't working properly. We reported it and we were told that it was fixed. It wasn't. It was extremely hot in the room. Maid service did a lousy job of cleaning. Didn’t make the beds. Only came in once and we were there 4 nights.
