The staff are rude & disrespectful, you ask them questions & they get mad that you ask & refuse to tell you, they don’t provide room service for your rooms, they put you in rooms that are not prepared. The hotel smells disgusting along with all the rooms. It’s a very nasty place

Absolutely disgusting,The smell was horrible the bathroom was not clean and out of toilet paper the bedding was covered in cigarette burns the mattresses covered in plastic fitted sheets that didn't fit dresser was missing handles so the nailed two out of three drawers shut,carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed since Clinton was in office and it gets better mice infested and if all that isnt enough someone's brains got blowed out all over the head board and we have pictures of everything!!! This establishment shouldn't even be operating the health code violations alone should shut this place down!!

I was asked to clean the tub so I wanted a refund they guy refused to honor my note on my reservation that if the tub and bed was dirty I would not stay. He called the manager and I showed him how nasty they bed and tub was he gave me another room same issue and that room had less amenities no fridge or microwave I checked the bed there were stains hair blood and roaches around the base of the frame. Other hotels on this strip are of better quality they were booked definitely never choosing this company again no matter the STATE it’s in I am good. Zero hospitality or cleanliness. I do not need to remain anonymous the pic upload didn’t work to add proof smh.
