Bassmaster Nationals stay

Our stay was good, great location close to launch and fun watching the boats take off off the marina tip. With 9 people there and getting groceries with all the packaging not enough room in the garbage cans for a week stay....lots of ants so be ready for that,

Comfortable with everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay—three adults and two kids. The house is super comfortable and had everything we needed. Bring your kayak and fishing gear; the lake is great. Our hosts were also very accommodating and accessible. We will be back!

Waterfront Family Fun in Dayton, TN

My MIL's family is from Dayton, so we visit once every year or two to reconnect with extended family. This place is perfect for gathering and entertaining! The adults visited on the back deck while the kids fished and swam. When we got a pop-up rain shower, we moved to the screen porch.Everyone had a blast! We will be back...Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We stayed at this property for a wedding. The house was located on a lake and close to everything. If I had a complaint it would have been cleaner. The floors needed to be cleaner.

Fishing Trip

This was the best fishing trip! The house was great!, We were able to park 2 trucks and boat trailers on the property and leave our boats in the water, tied to the dock. The house was very clean and a nice & quiet neighborhood. The house had everything that we needed. We would really like to stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Experience Gift

We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10! They want to come back again some time in the future! Here's just a couple of photos of the boys, fishing off the dock and hanging out on the boat on a beautiful lake!

Clean home and kind hosts!

Really enjoyed our time at this clean home! While the lake had receded, it didn't stop our family from thoroughly enjoying our time. While it would have been nice to have shades to keep out the bright sunshine at times and for some privacy, and a little better stocked kitchen, these were minor details. The kindness of the owners and the cleanliness of the home were above average and we recommend this place. Our family of nine descended upon the home for Thanksgiving and we left refreshed and with smiles on our faces. Thanks to our hosts and to the warmth of the people in the area!

Great Property

House and property were great. We would recommend a ladder for dock to be able to get out of water easier. Additional chairs on lower patio would be nice to enjoy the view from both levels also. Still had a great time and will look to return.

NACA Basketball Tournament

We stayed during the NACA Basketball tournament and used this as the coaches house. It accommodates 4 couples easily or 8 total people. Very clean and right on the water.

Water access “boat dock” not useable due to lake level, not listed in details for the time of year. Many light bulbs through out the house that don’t work. House needs many updates for the amount of money we paid to stay. Driveway is almost impossible to back or pull a truck & boat into, almost got hit by another car coming around the curve at the end of the driveway. The bed we slept in was hard as a rock too. The front door want stay shut unless you lock it.
