The hotel was dirty!! The beds were nasty, sheets and bedding was dirty. Hotel itself smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Was nasty all the way around. We left and went to another hotel.

Our first room was Not clean but after they gave us a new room it was fine. I also didn't like that the only option for non bread items for breakfast was yogurt. We have just recently stayed at 5 other Quality Inns across the USA & they all had hard boiled eggs at minimum & packaged oatmeal. Several even had scrambled eggs & sausage too. However there is a Cracker Barrel next door so we ate breakfast there.

No key for the door due to broken lock. Receptionist at the desk was not unkind but not very personable. Bed is comfortable, room is clean but the tub is stained. Overall much better than another hotel I stayed at in the same area.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with family members being sick, I was unable to make my hotel reservations. I did call passed the deadline for cancellation and I contact hotel and Expedia I book the reservation with. They still would not give me a refund.

Property was well worn, the bathtub was stained, as well as one of our towels, it looked like lipstick,but the pillows and bed were comfy. Pool was cold, hot tub was out of order. Limited breakfast

We were disappointed that we flipped the first light switch upon entry to the room, and it was out. One of the nightstand lamps was also out. The TV remote did not work, though the desk clerk did come and replace it after a time. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not operational.

The desk staff were very unprofessional, complaining about co workers and eating while talking to us. Bathroom was very dirty and had old water slime in the corners and around the door. Bed was hard and springy.

Ridiculous staff member at front desk. Sloppy rude and obvious that he was living in his truck outside with a partner and kids that were eating the breakfast everyday. So arrival front desk staff was pleasant, but interactions later in the evening wasn’t so much. My room was not as clean as it could have been, the bed was pretty hard, lacked security and front desk staff in the AM could have been personable.
