"Great place to stay "

"Spacious home that accommodated our large family as we came together to celebrate 2 graduations and Memorial weekend. The house had multiple sleeping options and a spacious living room/dining area for us to gather as well as the basement. It was located conveniently within the resort for access to the trails and pool and activities."

The house was well appointed with a large variety of items for cooking which is important because of Highland County's low inventory of restaurants. "Kevin was a great host. We had to reach out to him as soon as we checked in with a minor issue. Not only did he respond right away but there was a maintenance guy there within the hour. Perfect place to stay for JMU graduation. We had 2 families staying, total of 8 of us and we all loved it! The pictures just don’t do it justice and the game room was so much fun! Would definitely stay there again!"

"We decided to change up our usual family vacation from the beach to the mountains. We were not disappointed! Massanutten and the surrounding area and has so much and you will be close to it all here! The location was perfect for our family! 1 set of grandparents, an adult child and spouse, and another adult child along with 2 5 year old grands fit comfortably and the game room was perfect for entertaining the kids and the adults. Communication was quick and easy with Renee. Highly recommend!!"

"This was a work trip for myself and my crew of 2. This house was way beyond expectations! If more stars could be given, I would. House was very clean and kitchen exceptionally stocked with full set of pots and pans, and dinner ware for at least 8 people. Location is great as it is a half mile from downtown Staunton. This neighborhood is very walk-able and quiet. I will definately stay here again."

"Only 3 of us this year so plenty of house for us. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The home theater and hot tub were great for the one day we didn’t go on a ride. The only complaint was listed in another review- the window in the master bathroom really needs a curtain or shade installed. All in all a great place to serve as a base for our trip. Kelly was very prompt answering any questions we had."

"My husband, our daughter and her family and I found a lovely home that was very comfortable and roomy with lots of room for the 6 of us. Another 11 members of our family joined us for a day visit on Saturday and all of the children and adults were very comfortable with plenty of room for everybody. Kevin was very helpful and gracious toward us and everything was exactly as we had expected. One small issue was that the 2 lavatories upstairs were very slow to drain when we first arrived and...

"No fault of the property. Expedia issue. We were attending a conference at Canaan Resort. Expedia site said that the property was 17 miles away. The conference was 60 miles away, 1 hour 15-20 minute drive"

"We were here for our sister’s wedding in McGaheysville over the long Memorial Day weekend. This VRBO house was a perfect fit for us. The four bedrooms had comfortable beds, the kitchen was well outfitted for our group, the hot tub was very relaxing, and the kitchen table was big enough for playing games and eating our meals altogether."

"This house was just perfect for our family to come together and celebrate our JMU graduate. We even were able to include the dogs! Super clean house, room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Needs some attention to outdoor spaces . I believe gutters may need cleaning as when it rained water came out over gutters . Back deck had small debris and spider webs. Inside was clean and no issues. Sliding door off kitchen was difficult to open and close."

"House was perfect for our stay with the family and the property manager was on the spot with questions and some minor issues. Second floor HVAC was not working one morning, contacted Julie and repairman was knocking on the door within the hour. Grill, front porch and master shower door could of used additional cleaning. Some ants were observed in the master bath. None of which affected our stay at the house."

"This home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious. We had 3 children with us and they enjoyed the basketball, PacMan, and other games. The grill and outdoor deck were perfect for cooking out.
