Sleeps 7 Max - Master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Has an incredibly large window view of the ocean with sliding glass doors for balcony access from the living room and Master. 2nd Bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. Full Bath with Walk-in shower included for 2nd bedroom.

Full-size kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Full-size dining room table. All the kitchen amenities are available in order to prepare all meals.

The living room has plenty of seating and also a full-size sofa bed.

Balcony with high-top lounge chairs and table for amazing views of the ocean.

You even have your own private full size washing machine and dryer available for use when needed.

Please note there is a chance of construction at any time which may lead to some noise during working hours. This will not impact access to beach nor poor areas.

We stayed for a week in the beginning of March and loved our stay. My parents stay at Blue Surf next door so this was a great option for us. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and anything else we could need. Lots of beach towels, chairs & amenities. We had one minor issue with the shower and Michelle was quick to respond and get everything taken care of which was awesome. Even though they were updating windows and working on the patio, it did not stop us for enjoying the pool and the beach each day. Truly enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise, that can't be beat. I would highly recommend renting from the Gregory's.

This is a well-decorated unit with a lot of extras provided - beach chairs, boogie boards, puzzles, books, etc. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and absolutely loved it This trip actually took place 12/3 thru 12/10 due to the hurricanes The place still looks fantastic Michelle is an excellent host and is right on top of any questions I had Stay here , you’ll love it.
