Arrived at 12 and was told rooms would be ready for 2pm. Returned at 3pm and rooms were still not ready. Eventually they gave us our rooms on the ground floor

Two guys on the bar - don't know their names but so welcoming - one only been with you 2 months and the other limited English - both great personalities - should be proud of their hospitality ...
