We loved our 8 night stay here for our Disney trip. The rooms were very clean, the area was quiet, beds were comfortable, the owner came to our room to fix a light bulb and was very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the deadbolt on the door is kinda broken in room 320 and we let the woman know that checked us in the first night and maintenance was supposed to fix it the next morning at 9am she said and we were here until about 11am and it was never fixed... But not a make or break, dooor still shut and locked and we felt safe. The pool was also very clean but a little too warm being it was heated for Florida weather.. We are Def planning on returning here in the future!

We love this hotel! It’s our go to hotel for peace and quiet while visiting the parks. The other hotels are pure chaos with noise and congestion. WG offers a place with a nice pool, big rooms with kitchens and super friendly service staff. It’s right on a lake with big fish so bring a pole if you wanna fish. The main downside is there is no restaurant in hotel.

I added & paid for another guest to my room. I asked for a roll away bed, was told it would be sent. 3 hours later I called again, was told there was a “hot water” problem and didn’t have anyone to bring it. I called again approximately 3 hours later to find out where it was. I was then told there wasn’t one available. My guests were very uncomfortable, one ended up sleeping on the floor. This is my 2nd visit. I will not be returning the next time I’m in the area nor will my friends & relatives in the area.
