Dirty room, bedding, and bathroom. Television goes in and out. Hallway smelt like marijuana, plumbing pipe continues to run, holes in walls, and overall unkept. Will not be staying there again!

3 adults....corners dirty in LOTS of places. Toilet paper roll fell off wall twice. Didn't pick up dirty towels from first night and had to call to for clean ones. TV would work for three minutes then three minutes of not working. Overall The halls were toooo dark. The location was good.

First let me share the good. The pool was awesome, the lazy river and activity area are cold but the main pool was warm. The breakfast was also not bad. Now for the bad, I noticed a lot of really gross stuff on our hotel room walls, the walls in the bathroom were peeling, our tv would glitch when we tried to watch anything, the food from La Cantina made us sick and was obviously warmed up in a microwave. We loved our stay 2 years ago but this time was a major disappointment.

Bathtub had rust stains, when turning on the tub faucet the water came out red rust colored. Had to let it run for a few minutes then shut off and rinse the tub before showering. The splash zone area was not staffed with adults, only young kids handing out towels. Area is open to public so i feel an adult should be responsible. The pool was frigid, too cold to enjoy a swim.

No likes. Made a complaint to Expedia. DO NOT PROMOTE THIS HOTEL!!!. It is filthy, not maintained. Unsafe garbage laden stairs to go to room. We have never experienced anything like it.

Where do I start...the numerous "temporarily out of order" signs on almost everything. The pool was cold. They say the heater went out. I wouldn't expect it to be fixed soon since everything else seems to be broken as well. The bottom of the hotub was sandy and grimy. The walls and bedding had stains, our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush properly, our mini fridge smelled up the room when we opened it, the tv channels were frozen even when they "rebooted" the system, and there was no service/wifi in our room. I asked for another room and all I received was excuses. I will never stay here again.
