Rooms are outdated and not comfortable- staff are really nice. The soap smells really nice. Great food spots, local eats and very accessible to all major attraction. If they updated the space would love to stay here again.

The property is located by a canal and our room had a nice view of it and the surrounding area. The entire hotel was well decorated, especially the lobby and the room. Bathroom was clean as well. Customer service was outstanding, as the staff at the front desk always quickly accommodated our requests.

The Hoxton had a great vibe and such nice staff! Every member of the hotel was friendly and super helpful. It is perfectly located for shopping, dining, or grabbing an afternoon beer. It is centrally located so it is easy to walk to the majority of tourist sites. I would definitely go back!

"The hotel itself was beautiful and my room with a loft appeal overlooking the canal was great. However there was a lot of construction in front of the hotel along the canal and the road near it and my canal view was that of construction. It was very close to the trams, restaurants, shopping and sites. ..."
