"Our stay was amazing. We ordered room service and Sarah was so nice and accommodating. Our steak from the restaurant was overcooked and she kindly offered to replace it with no hesitation and a great attitude. She is the example of quality customer service. The only caveat about our stay was the parking garage being across the street. Paying for self parking and it not being attached to the property was unexpected, however the walk wasn’t far. Overall we had a great experience and would return in the warmer seasons to enjoy all of the amenities available at the resort."

"The property was great, room clean and staff at time of arrival was great. Only disappointment I had was the staff the day before checking in. My wife and I called the night before asking a couple questions about the check in process. One of the questions he could not answer and stated the customer who was standing in front of him was more important than us and our questions. We made that call the night of the 20th, and he stated he worked until 7am that next morning. Again, not sure of the name, but based on that shift it should be pretty easy to figure out. Other than that, the stay was wonderful."

"My experience was very positive. My room was clean. My bed was comfortable. Oceanfront. Didn't realize the pool was heated until i saw others enjoying it. Probably my favorite part of the visit. Cold December air, warm pool watching the ocean. Would stay here again. Great deal"

"The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the pillows. There was a weird smell from the water in the bathroom. We didn't know if that was Florida thing or if there is something weird about the water. The water pressure in the shower was nice!!! If you check out this hotel you have to try the restaurant out. The food is good and the bartenders there are very nice. "
