Shopping, museums and restaurants are 5 minutes away in Lunenburg and 10 minutes in Mahone Bay.

Cyclists, kayakers, writers, artists and beach goers love this scenic, peaceful area close to vibrant Lunenburg. Swimmers can take a dip at sandy Bachman’s Beach, a 5 minute drive at the end of Second Peninsula. Excellent cycling , is just out the door on Second Peninsula Road along the scenic coast, and the Lunenburg/ Mahone Bay cycle/hiking trail is a stone’s throw away. The cottage is on one level with access to a 2 acre yard with fruit trees, extensive lawn, private back deck.
