"overall the stay was decent. the only thing I have to say bad is I had to leave and be on the road by 6am and I could not get any kind of breakfast. but their hours don't start till 6am so that is my problem and not theirs. I had asked the clerk the night before if there was any chance it would be open at 5:50 and he couldn't give me an answer which is honest and understandable. I would stay here again if I needed to."

"We had a nice stay. Our remote for our TV didn’t work very well. Got it replaced and it still didn’t work properly. Bummer. Pool/spa could have been cleaner. We did get fresh towels each day, which was very nice. Making reservations was the hardest. Got taken on my first attempt at a reservation with a third party that lied to me about the cancellation policy. Still waiting for the rest of my $$! Other than a few hiccups, it was nice. "

"Lake Mills is a quaint town with a great central location to a great many areas. It’s quiet and very lovely. The streets roll up at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night, yet if you are seeking nightlife it’s quite close by. The colors on the trees were incredible and driving country lanes, enjoying no traffic and seeing nothing but beauty is a pleasant way to spend time with family. "
