I loved the room and the idea of having a small kitchen. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no extractor in the kitchen, so anything you do in the room will smell it for hours

Outdated facility and definitely not a spa hotel worth a visit. However, we just wanted to extend our trip in Deaville for another day so the room was alright and if you look at the location- it was close to the beach and city centre. The staff was straightforward and as mentioned, if you only need a central hotel with a ok room, this is fine.

Das Hotel sieht auf den Fotos besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist (Leider ist es in Realität kein 4 Sterne Hotel). Man hat das Gefühl, dass niemand wirklich zuständig ist für das Haus. Hier einige Beispiele: In unserem sehr engen und kleinen Zimmer liess sich im Juli die Heizung nicht ausschalten. Die Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht frisch und das Auffüllen/Nachfüllen von diversen Sachen klappte nicht gut. Der Gym gleicht einer Besenkammer. Hinweise zu Beanstandungen wurden zwar freundlich entgegengenommen, aber es wurde nichts verändert. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht.

Nous sommes venues entre amies et nous reviendrons ! L'accueil est parfait, la chambre était propre et parfaitement emménagée. Le spa avec la piscine est un énorme +, même s'il y a parfois un peu de monde on a pu en profiter comme on le souhaitait
