"The whole property is surrounded by cement walls and gated with locks. Parking inside the gates for vehicles. The house was clean, a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. One slight problem was the kettle did not work but he replaced it within a couple of hours! Amazing communication from Shawn, never left us on our own if we needed help. We had a lovely stay! "

"The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "

"We stayed there with friends to attend the Cricket T20 tournament. Nice Property and Manager Sandy is great person. She helped us very well. We had good time. Our check in time was not sure because of flight cancellations and delay. But Sandy did wonderful job by giving us flexibility. Only concern is this villa is far south side from town. You need your own or rental vehicle. Good if you want quite location or a large wedding function."
