"Very happy with the location. South West Rocks was beautiful! The property was a great location but needs a lot of maintenance! The pool was not clean and dangerous! My kids slips on loose bricks at steps and around the pool is sharp along edge and decking is not stable. The house had dead bugs all over window sills annd full of dust and smelt of mould. The bath was full of dead bugs the whole property needed a clean! Dishwasher is broken. The hot water should be replaced with an instantaneous ...

""Tea Tree Lodge" is good easy accommodation. Opposite access tracks 7a and 7b to Hat Head Beach leash free area then 100m to the beach. There are no excuses not to go for a walk on the sand. Hat Head Beach is leash free from access point 6 to 9. The back yard is fully fenced and our dog was able to explore without any worries. "Absolutely stunning property in a quiet area across the road from the beach. The property itself was well suited for a family. The only down side was the bedrooms down the back of the property needed an extra air conditioner as it was quite hot in the rooms. "

"We stayed in winter great property for being close to everything… you can literally walk to all the highlights. Accommodates a small family nicely. Lots of general use items were available at the property, possibly from previous holidayers eg hand wash, dishwasher tablets, foil etc. Only complaint… the hot water wasn’t turned on so no hot water til the day after we arrived. There was also no information folder for the house eg the one that would tell you where the hot water switch would be."
