It was an overall nice hotel. The rooms are very small and the bed and pillows are not comfortable so we didn’t sleep well. We didn’t have time to take advantage of any amenities but it was a close walk to the civic center which is why we booked it. The area around it had a lot of homeless but didn’t feel unsafe. There were also a lot of restaurants in walking distance which was nice.

hotel very nice but Easter brunch very expensive and major disappointment- 100/person, lamb slice with the grain so chewy and inedible and sides just okay
definitely the worst part of the vacation

"Beautiful, quiet place. Well maintain and tranquil. Great location to explore the lower Trinity and not too far from the coast. The place is significantly better than I expected and I expected it to be good. The nearby Thai food is just a bonus. A delicious bonus."

"Lovely home with spacious rooms and big pool/backyard! Bring your own board games and cooking supplies. Board games aren’t super kid friendly and we love to cook so not having a good blender and coffee brewer made us rate the house a 4 star!"
