The house was located in an ideal location, just a 5-minute drive to the beach and a 5-minute drive to the One Paseo shopping center. It felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. Gina is fantastic and makes herself available to her guests. We’ll be staying here on all our future trips!"

"The cottage has absolutely everything you could possibly want, including a lovely backyard and patio. It is a 10-minute walk to the Del Mar Dog Beach, making it ideal for staying with pets. AND there are two parking slots -- very rare this close to the beach. We loved it and will be back!!"

"Perfect spot for a family reunion with my dad / grandpa. Location was wonderful for our morning runs / walks and fun to walk into town with everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. "We spent a week at this property after being in the Solana Beach area already for a week. The check in was smooth and had been relayed to us a week before we arrived. The condo had electronic locks so that was easy. The condo does not have a/c so the house was hot and stuffy when we arrived but there are nice powerful fans in each room and it helped. The condo has had some update to furniture and decor but still seemed a bit “tired”. That did not affect the quality of our stay tho. The amenities...

"Our family had a fanatic 10 day stay at Solana Paradise. House was super clean and we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Numerous restaurants/bars/shopping all within walking distance and Solana Beach was a short stroll from the house. Communication with the management company was great. Highly recommend!! "
