Great Resort with Excellent Service, but Housekeeping Policy Needs Transparency
I had a wonderful stay at this resort hotel. The property is large and well-maintained, with an excellent location that made everything easily accessible. The service at the lobby was outstanding—staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated the convenient text message service for quick communication. Check-out was seamless and hassle-free.
However, one downside was the housekeeping policy. The reservation details indicated daily housekeeping, but I later found out that it’s only available for stays of seven days or more. This was never mentioned at check-in, and there was no policy stated in the reservation. Clear communication on this would have been appreciated.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay, but I hope they improve transparency about their housekeeping services.

The staff was very good and Luis the guard was excellent. I locked my keys in my car and he went above and beyond to make sure that AAA was able to find me to unlock my car

This properly is heavily marketed as “family friendly“. I would disagree with that. We traveled with an 11-year-old son. There are zero balls or any sort of pool toys allowed. There is really nothing on site for a kid to do other than some playground equipment. This is definitely more of a retirement, non-kid friendly resort. Although clean and comfortable. We had some significant check-in issues. We will not be returning.
