"I don't know why this place has been getting bad reviews, maybe I just got lucky or because of the room I chose. This hotel is outdated & has the "old" vibes, but who cares? So do all the hotels on the boardwalk. I personally dig the retro vibe and woodgrain elevators. My room was clean, the AC was COLD which is fantastic because I can't sleep unless it's like 62f in my room. Beds/pillows were fine, shower had fine water pressure. Plus, the small toiletries they give you are Bath&Body Works brand, for free! Parking on site was great, easy in easy out, felt safe leaving my Honda in there. The front desk staff when I checked in were incredibly friendly and personable, it was Jenn & someone else whose name I didn't catch. Location is quite literally the best, main boardwalk shops are right there. There was construction next door but it was done for the day by like 4pm. Started early next day but I personally didn't hear it. Thanks for the great stay guys, I'll be back."
