I was assigned the room on the floor where flight crew is generally resting. So i coudlnt order anything from room menu and no staff was answering my call. For everything i had to come down and ask the receptionist to help me. I was told wrong information about the breakfast too thaylt its not available when it was there

I have stayed here a few times, check in super slow can take 15/20 minutes to check in. They have a luggage storage but won’t store laptop most Ibis do. The room are a nice size. Good speed WiFi not wort spending £100 plus as the service and room quality not worth the cost especially we tons of options within 5 mins walk

Great hotel for stay near the airport

Room was clean however the body wash container was almost empty. Also, I think since the hotel is next to the airport and attracts mostly travelers, they should offer a personal toiletries kit to guests, things like toothpaste, toothbrush and cheap disposable razor. Breakfast buffet was amazing, everyone staying here should have breakfast in the hotel. Check-in experience and the staff was great, will stay there again if I visit New Delhi again.

Except the air con I had no issues the hotel is next to world mart and there is lots of entertainment,Bars etc I would definitely recommend a visit to this city within Delhi, it felt so westernised but also close enough to the real India . Hotel was superb
