"Terrible service. We stayed as part of a large family group of 12 and no-one had a decent experience. Rooms were untouched for days at a time even after we repeatedly asked reception. Broken glass and room service trays left outside garden room for 4 days. Buffet was re-heated fries and burgers. Even the local produce tasted bland and thats hard to manage in Turkey. Id be disappointed if we had paid a quarter of the price. Just terrible."

Helpful guiding us to nearby restaurants and beautiful scenery for our journey back to Izmir. The hospitality was superb, breakfast so fresh and tasty. Will be back for another weekend retreat. "

"We had a truly pleasant stay at Alaçatı Marina Palace. The setting is serene, perfectly located near the marina and within walking distance of the beach. The property itself is elegant yet cozy, with a traditional Alaçatı character that gives it a personal touch. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay — always attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, and the outdoor pool area added to the relaxing atmosphere. What stood out most was the quiet charm and laid-back ambiance — it’s an ideal place to unwind while still being close to everything Alaçatı has to offer. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, boutique experience in Alaçatı."

"For a relaxing time, this place is amazing…! Private sandy beach… the hotel and the staff are great…! I highly recommend. The only negative point is that there is nothing much accessible by a walking-distance, the car is required. Other than that: wow! Quiet and lovely place! "

"Our stay at Before Sunset was amazing. On arrival at reception we instantly felt relaxed. The theme is chill and the resort nailed this with the attitude of the staff, the ambiance and style . We thought at first it was a yoga retreat. We never heard one raised voice during our 4 night stay. The room looked exactly as advertised on Expedia. Comfortable bed, great colour choices. Towels in abundance, dressing gowns and ever so comfy slippers. Our room had an outside garden area with a luxurious bath and relaxing seating area.. Wow! The restaurant was a very short walk from the room, as was the private beach with the most comfortable beds and very attentive staff. Breakfast was traditionally turkey and very tasty. All accompanying dressing were made in house as was the delicious bread. The staff were very professional, we have particular praise for Huseyn and Arsu who looked after us very well. We would highly recommend this accommodation an exotic escape where you can forget the outside world and be treated like VIPs "
