"We stayed as a family of 3 at the end of May for 4 nights. We booked the suite as this was 1 bedroom apartment and were extremely happy. We had 2 huge balconies both we sea views, a beautiful bedroom, bathroom living room and large modern fully equipped kitchen. Everything was spotless, as was the whole hotel and lovely swimming pool. "Close to ferry terminal. Our room was neither a suite nor ocean view. Breakfast was near the beach. We were in a below street level room which had a bit of a sewer odor. Many restaurants and a grocery store nearby so location is good. "

"People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here. "

Lovely family run apartments

"A very comfortable stay in a basic apartment. The family who run this place are so lovely and kind and gave us wonderful advice for exploring the area. The location of the hotel is a short walk to shops and beaches. There is no view of the sea but we did have a view of next doors pool from our balcony. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Ksamil. "

"The hotel and facilities were outstanding. But I did not like the LOUD music playing almost all the time. Started maybe at 11am continuing until maybe midnite. Not sure on the times, but closing the doors and windows did not help. Nothing to do with the hotel because it's like this all over Albania, but smoking in the public areas was annoying. Did not get the room I booked, Panorama Junior Suite Sea View. She said I booked that general category, not that room, but she switched me to correct room when I complained. The website is VERY misleading."

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff guided us to the parking area. Checked us in as soon as our room was ready slightly earlier than the check in time. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the sea view rooms was pleasant."
