"We recently stayed in a room for four adults on the third floor and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable—everyone slept really well.
The staff stood out for being genuinely helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I was impressed by the little touches in the room, like all the different power sockets and USB ports, and there was plenty of closet space for our things. Parking right out front was convenient and reasonably priced, which made things so much easier for us.
The location is perfect if you want to explore London. There are some great restaurants nearby, plus both the train station and the bus stop are just a short walk away—we found it really easy to get downtown.
Breakfast was fantastic each morning, and overall, we left feeling like we got more than we expected. If it were possible, I’d give them an extra star. Highly recommended!"
