"The room was comfortable and absolutely fine with a decent wifi connection. The trouble though is that there was literally no customer service nor hostel interaction. I arrived to find access to the place was locked and had received no instructions as to how to access my room. "Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."
