Best service from any hotel in a long time.

Whilst hotel is probably a four star, the service is Five star. From the reception staff, house keeping, to the restaurant team. Thus far it is easily the best service I have had from any hotel in the past few years.

The hotel is good overall. The issue I had was I specifically made it a point to make sure it had air conditioning and it has only one mini split which does not work efficiently and only in the main room, so the second room and the restroom were a sauna. When I initially arrived I was given a single bed when I paid for two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a sleep sofa and as mentioned no A/C which made the stay HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Temiz, rahat ve güleryüzlü bir hizmet

Akşam yola devam etmemek için bir gece Denizlide kalmaya karar verdik. Otel gayet temiz, çalışanlar da ilgili ve kibardı. Havuz başında After party olduğu için yol tarafına bakan oda tercih ettik, hiç müzik ses gelmiyordu. Trafik seside pek rahatsız etmedi. Odalarda klimalar mevcut hava sıcak olduğu için biz klima açık uyumak durumunda kaldık bir sıkıntı yoktu. Bizim aldığımız odaya kahvaltı dahil değildi, extra kahvaltı kişi başı 1,500 civarıydı sanırım biz tercih etmedik.

직웢 친철했자. 스위트룸에 머물렀다.ㅡ넓고 편안한침대 좋았다. 조명이 불편했다 스위치 위치와ㅡ화장실 조명이 방의 거울조명과 연결되어 화장실을 갈 때마다 방에도 불이 들어온다. 스위트룸이지만 시설은 엉망이다. 스위트룸 비용을 지불했으나 스윗하지 않았자.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otelin konukseverliği gerçekten çok hoştu; personelin güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olması, tatilimizi keyifli hale getirdi. Kahvaltı zenginliği de oldukça iyiydi; birçok tanınmış markanın hijyenik ambalajlı ürünlerinin sunulması, bize güven verdi.Hijyen ve brusella açısından hassasiyetin ön planda tutulması takdir edilmesi gereken bir durum. Ancak otelin genel yapısı epey eski; yatakların konforu da yetersizdi. İyi bir revizyon yapılması kesinlikle gerekli. Ayrıca otopark otelin arkasında ayrı bir alanda bulunuyor ve bizim konakladığımız süre zarfında orada yardımcı bir personel yoktu. Bu durum zorlayıcı olabiliyor. Sonuç olarak, otel fiyat performans açısından oldukça avantajlı. Ancak, bazı alanlarda geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olduğu kanaatindeyim.Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalara dikkat edilirse, daha da memnun edici bir deneyim yaşanabilir.O zaman çoğu yorumdaki 10/10 puan hak edilmiş olur.

Gayet güzel karşılandık, görevliler çok kibar işini bilen insanlardı. Odaya yemek söyledik, yemekler lezzetliydi. Odanın konforu çok iyiydi, temizliği güzeldi. Her ihtiyacınızı düşünerek donatmışlardı odayı. Tek eksiği bar kısmında alkol çeşitlerinin sınırlı olmasıydı. Kokteyl tek çeşitti. Bira iki çeşitti, bunları arttırmalarını tavsiye ederim.
