Really enjoyed our "By the Sea". Our room, one of the less expensive rooms with a view of the parking lot and another building was, nevertheless, very comfortable. Excellent king bed was, efficient, quiet AC, large enough to move around. The location -right on the beach with a sea-view breakfast room.Breakfast was terrific - freshly made muffins, eggs, meats, fresh fruit. A good value.

We stayed only one night to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We LOVE this place. Tom was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s situated right on a beautiful beach and has amazing views. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but from everything else we saw/experienced I am confident it would have been top notch! We will definitely return!

Great value on the beach in Dennis Port.

Hotel is a great value for a stay on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom with kitchen and living area, small deck we did not use. The inside is recently remodeled, not fancy but clean, modern and more than adequate. Bathroom with shower also remodeled and very nice. If I return to the Cape I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lab Day weekend beach trip

The room was clean and service was very good. The breakfast was made freshly every morning. Both check-in and check-out process were simple and convenient. We would like to come back in the future.

A priceless find

It was amazing. The owner and general manager were so hospitable and accommodating. The location is right on the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas to make your time pleasurable. There’s a large fire pit with comfortable sofas to enjoy the evening. The rooms are spotless and the entire property well maintained. Personally, we found our new yearly go to spot for a relaxing getaway.

Room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. Loved the private beach access on the property. Breakfast was amazing—just keep in mind that breakfast is only served from 8-10 am, so if you have early scheduled tours, you will have to find breakfast elsewhere. We were only able to enjoy breakfast our last day due to scheduling. Overall—recommend! Would definitely stay at this location again!

Needs some tlc but nice.

We had a nice trip hotel is showing signs or age bathroom had pain pealing and rust stains under ac. AC extremely loud. Service greatest everyone very friendly and helpful. Great view of the beach from our room.

Two night stay

Disappointed you had to request room to be cleaned. Air conditioner was either too hot or too cold. Could not regulate. The people who work there were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, the service was good, but breakfast didn’t start till 8 AM, which is a little late. Also, the coffee bar was not very well stocked. Left a little to be desired.
