There is also spacious dining area in marble accompanied by a fire place and a kitchenette. On the same floor there is one bedroom and a toilet. Master kitchen on the upper floor combines contemporary amenities with dining area surrounded by huge windows which brings plenty of light to the room. Stylish living room opens towards a terrace with an outdoor dining table and a pool view. This floor also features one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sea-view balcony. Upper floor contains 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. Finally, you can enjoy gorgeous sea view from rooftop where you can use BBQ facilities and another dining area. Outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool accompanied with sun beds, acapulco chairs, parasols... Let's not forget that villa also features laundry room. And private parking.
