I love Sanur, so the location of the hotel and the security were the best, with almost all kinds of restaurants nearby and it was convenient to go anywhere. The building has some aging, but it's within acceptable limits. The staff were all friendly and nice.

We were a bit disappointed with the room at first because we had been shown a different room on our previous trip to Bali. In saying this, the room was clean and the bedding and towels were also lovely and clean. I found out later that they will be renovating at the end of this year, so this explains a lot. We would happily stay there again post renovation. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Staff was very helpful for me to checked in and got a room early in the morning, as we had a tour start at 10:00am. The design of the room was great. But it was old building. There were a lot small ants around the kitchen table. The floor and the room was clean and great. But the shower facility was old, I got some spill out of the stall. The first night was good quiet. But the second night, very noisy from out side street open concert every Tue, from 7:00pm until 11:00pm. The kitchen was good, functional, but need some cleaning supply. The staff was very helpful. It was close to the main street, supermarket nearby. I think it is worth for the price.

We rented a fabulous villa with private pool. We arrived earlier than check in and was able to receive our key immediately. The staff at check in was very pleasant and helpful. There are tons of restaurants, bars and spas within walking distance. You can even walk to the new ICON mall in about 15 to 20 minutes. You can order breakfast if it is not included in your rate for 100K IDR per person and it will be delivered to your villa. However, there is not an option for lunch or dinner since there is no restaurant on property. One thing to note is the water in the shower does not stay hot for very long in the shower. Overall, the villa was nice and clean and will stay again.

A week away to recharge..we normally stay in Seminyak but this trip we were looking for a slower pace and Sanur was just that..Puri provided a great base to wander the streets and just chill out, the staff from check in to check out were wonderful. They were always around, never intrusive and very mindful of privacy. The room was great, good bed, great air conditioning (it was very humid) and the pool was always sought after a long walk. Breakfast daily was very good (perhaps some fresh fruits) A great location in amongst many good eateries and a few absolute gems (Taquisa) all in all we really enjoyed our time at Puri Hiromi Sanur..

Stylish, clean and quiet.

Beautiful apartment, great air conditioning and bathroom. Lovely, attentive staff and delivery of brekkie to your room each day was a wonderful treat. Beach access road right across the street. Stayed five restful days and would have lingered longer but I didn’t realize that unless you book a private pool suite, there isn’t another pool. Next time, I’ll know - worth a return visit.

スタッフは親切で安心して過ごせました。広いリビングダイニングの部屋と、ベッドルームが分かれており快適でした。気になる点は、部屋が全面ガラス張りなのでカーテンを閉めないとプライバシーが気になる。だからほとんどカーテンを閉めていたので少し閉塞感を感じた。あとは、そのガラス窓のカギが壊れているものが多く、女一人だとセキュリティが心配になる。

Definitely recommendable

Puri Hiromi was a great little intimate place for us to stay a couple of nights. Located on one of the central roads in Sanur, the location scores top points for us. The staff was sweet and helpful and the room was very clean, nicely cooled with A/C. We had everything we needed here with very reasonable prices.

Great stay at Puri Hirohito !

Exceptionally comfortable bed, loved the pool perfect temperature! Staff were excellent and room was comfortable. Only negative is the shower tub area was awkward- tub uninviting just a shower would be perfect ! The pool deck needs to be replaced as it is a safety concern.

Beautiful villa on main street Sanur

The lovely staff made us feel very welcome! The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is good! The location is super, right on the main street, close to great restaurants and a few minutes walking from the beach. The only downside was that we were in the first villa and noise was coming off the street, as well as late night live music from restaurants could be heard, thankfully good earplugs can solve this issue. All in all a super place to stay!

Room was very nice and staff was crazy friendly. If you get the chance to do the breakfast then do it, it’s good an cost like 2$ with delivery. Only negative thing I got was the stuck balcony door, needed to pull with my whole body in full force to get it open, could need some oil 👍

Amazing. Change the bathtubs

Amazing hotel. We had the kids downstairs with the nanny, and we had the upstairs room, both pretty much self contained. The kitchenette was great. The bathtub was not nice, but they offered us a replacement room. They said they are in the process of changing the baths over to a different material.
