"We loved being on the beach, you can just stroll between the beach and pool. I loved that there was a family pool on one side and a more "adult" pool, it made for a very peaceful swim and hangout. The breakfast buffet was awesome, we enjoyed eating Balinese food but there was a wide selection for all sorts of tastes including typical western palates. "I cannot say enough good things. The staff really made our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Especially Wai Yan (sp?) who made delicious happy hour drinks at the poolside bar. I feel like I made a new friend as we had several great discussions! The pool is beautiful and very quiet (we were there in low season - Feb) the breakfast was also incredible and so was room service. There was construction going on for a couple of hours every day which was very noisy at the pool. I wish I had known that...

"Lovely hotel but did not enjoy hearing the neighbours next door at night, with their TV up loud until midnight. The walk to the shops like Icon mall, in the heat, I did not enjoy. Otherwise it was a great hotel. Comfortable beds, pillow, and chair to sit on. Value for money. Pool is large and very shallow. "

"The hotel was in a great location and near all the shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were very good and helpful. Although called suites , the room was no bigger than most we had. It was nice regular room with a compfy bed. Sanur is i good area without the backpackers and clubs of Seminyak. Nice restaurants and the beach is really nice and useable.( unlike Seminyak). Located in a good area to then expore Ubud and down to Ulliwatu etc. "

"After searching different hotels, booking, cancelling a few, we ended with Swastika. To our surprise it’s a beautiful peaceful property without the noise of Sanur traffic. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. We gave a 4 rating for cleanliness because we saw a cockroach crawling across the room 😝. Cook to order breakfast is delicious. Menu changes daily. The pools were great with good temperature. "

"This is an excellent hotel. It is quiet and extremely safe. The grounds are clean and staff are respectful. My only issue is that because the air conditioner is old in a humid country, there is a smell. We just used our fans and no a Id recommend this location"

The pool is beautiful and very quiet (we were there in low season - Feb) the breakfast was also incredible and so was room service. There was construction going on for a couple of hours every day which was very noisy at the pool. I wish I had known that but we were usually out and about and the staff apologized for it personally more than once. I understand people have to work and you can’t close down a whole hotel for a little bit of Reno. No big deal. Just ask about it if you plan to stay here in the next little while. But such good value for money, superb service and the kindest staff I have ever encountered. "
