When we booked this property, it was advertised that there was an airport shuttle. We waited for one, but it never arrived. We took a taxi the 12 km to the hotel and when we checked in, we were informed that there was no longer an airport shuttle and had not been one for quite some time. We had to then book a taxi back to the airport the next morning, which cost us $60 USD each way. Very inconvenient.

We had such a great stay here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and so clean! Breakfast served was good! Will definitely stay here again! Big plus that it’s close to the airport

Our heat did not work the first night but the staff member on duty gave us blankets to stay warm. Maintenance came the next day to fix the issue. By day 3 we were cold again so we just used the blankets. Room 429 needs to be looked at for the heat
